We can marvel at the flawlessness of young women again in the TV show “Germany’s Next Topmodel”. It’s no wonder that, according to a recent study, one in three women finds themselves unattractive. But does the partner think that’s a good thing?<\/em><\/p>\n

Mrs. Liebling says<\/span>: There was a time when I just felt beautiful and young and slim and desirable and sexy. Of course, even back then there were one or two ifs and buts. It’s only today that I realize how stupid I was. After two pregnancies, the abdomen is no longer quite as smooth as before and the face, well, “interesting” due to laugh and worry lines. Pads where I never wanted any. But woe betide me if I complain a little to Mr. Schatz! Man, he’s getting mad!! And then I’m offended because I’m misunderstood. Dear women: I’ve slowly realized that we should just keep it to ourselves when we don’t feel so great anymore. Our men usually find us much more attractive than we do. We only make the mistake of messing up this pleasant desire in our partnership by constantly bad-mouthing.<\/p>\n

Mr. Schatz says:<\/span> With all due respect to all the honesty and openness in long-term partnerships, desire remains a matter of the market and the economy. Actually, it’s quite simple: the more tempting the supply, the stronger the demand. A capable fruit merchant prefers to write “freshly harvested”, “juicy” or “home-grown” on the chalkboards of his stall and not “a little older” or “problem goods”. Therefore, men: Just listen away when your wives talk about abdomen, legs and buttocks as too problematic zones. This is none of our business and only keeps us from our unconditional enthusiasm. Right? When it comes to lust, passion and seduction, discretion is sometimes the top priority.<\/p>\n
